Terms of sale

This site is operated by HealthRX.com LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“HealthRX”). It sells plans on the same platform as healthrx.com. These terms cover purchases made here. The HealthRX.com Terms of Service, Telehealth Consent and HIPAA Notice also apply to your care.

Prescriptions

Every plan requires a prescription. After you pay, you answer health questions in the HealthRX.com patient portal, and an independently licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate. Payment does not guarantee a prescription. If you are not prescribed, you get a full refund. If you are prescribed, a US-licensed pharmacy dispenses and ships your medication.

Compounded medications

Compounded medications are prepared by licensed Section 503A compounding pharmacies for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.

Prices and renewals

The price, what it includes and, for subscriptions, the renewal price and interval are shown before you pay. A subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown until you cancel, and you agree to that by ticking the box at checkout. An introductory price applies to the first payment only. If we propose a change to your renewal price or interval, we will email you before it takes effect, and you may cancel before the change.

Cancelling

Cancel future renewals any time by emailing support@healthrx.com or calling 510-991-8265. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not return medication already dispensed. See Cancellations and refunds.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and in a US state where the provider network and pharmacies can serve you.
