Privacy policy

This site is operated by HealthRX.com LLC. This policy covers this site. Your care, including your health questions and messages with providers, happens in the HealthRX.com patient portal and is covered by the HealthRX.com Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice.
What we collect here
- At checkout: your email, name, delivery address and phone, so we can create your order and ship it. Card details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store them.
- No health information. Health questions are asked only in the patient portal after you pay.
- Basic technical details your browser sends with every request, such as your IP address and browser type.
Cookies
This site sets three first-party cookies from its own server: _fbp and _fbc (Meta's browser and ad-click identifiers) and _vid (a random visitor id). No other site's scripts run on these pages; the only outside code is Stripe's payment form on the checkout page.
Advertising measurement
To measure our ads, our server sends Meta a short record of a page view, a checkout step or a purchase. Each record contains only the type of event, its dollar value, this site's address (with no page path), the cookies above, your IP address and browser type, and, for a purchase, your email, phone, name and address in hashed (scrambled) form. It never says which plan or medication you looked at or bought, and it never includes health information.
Who else receives your information
- Stripe, to take payment.
- The HealthRX.com patient portal, the licensed providers who review your request and the licensed pharmacy that fills it, to provide your care.
- Meta, only the advertising records described above.
We do not sell your personal information.
