Prescription Medications

State and Federal regulations do not allow the return of prescription medications after being dispensed by the pharmacy. Once charged and handed to carriers, all sales become final.

Customers can modify orders before shipment via their account. Damaged or lost items require contacting patient care at support@healthrx.com.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save renews automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. An introductory discount applies to the first payment only; the recurring price is disclosed before payment. You can cancel future renewals anytime by emailing support@healthrx.com. Canceling a subscription does not return medication already dispensed. The prescription medication refund policy above still applies. One-time purchases do not renew automatically.

If we propose a change to your renewal price or billing period, we will notify you at the email address on your account before it takes effect. You may cancel before the change. The medication, clinician review and shipping included in your selected plan are disclosed before payment; any required additional fees must also be shown before you confirm.

Over-the-Counter Products

We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days after the sale. Customers pay return shipping costs; COD returns are not accepted. HealthRX.com reserves the right to deny returns if products appear tampered with, opened, or not in original condition. After approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Lost Packages

In the rare case your package is lost in transit, HealthRX.com will reship your prescription or non-prescription order. We coordinate with carriers to locate packages before reshipping.
